This policy covers the WyatEarp Studios website. Separate apps and external websites may have their own privacy policies.
Contact inquiries
When you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, and message. We use these details to respond to your inquiry and discuss your requested work. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.
Messages are delivered through Resend to our studio email inbox. Successful submissions also record your name and email in server logs. Hosting and email providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses and delivery logs, to operate and protect their services.
SMS messaging
If you choose to sign up for text messages through our GoHighLevel forms, we collect the mobile phone number you provide, your consent preferences, and records of your opt-in and messaging interactions. We use this information to send the types of messages described when you sign up, respond to you, manage your preferences, and maintain consent records. Providing a phone number through an inquiry alone does not constitute consent to receive marketing texts. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.
We use GoHighLevel and SMS delivery providers to process this information and deliver messages on our behalf. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties, except service providers that need this information to operate and deliver our messaging program on our behalf.
Message frequency varies according to the program you join and your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you may receive a confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance, or email hello@wyatearp.com.
We retain messaging and consent records as needed to provide the service, honor opt-outs, and meet legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion using the contact details below; limited records may be retained to document consent or ensure that we do not message a number that has opted out.

Website analytics and technical information
With your permission, the studio homepage and this website privacy page use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and website use, including pages viewed, referral sources, browser and device details, and approximate location. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes technical information under Google’s privacy practices. We do not load the Google Analytics tag or send analytics requests unless you accept optional analytics. Advertising storage, advertising personalization, and Google signals are disabled in our website configuration. We do not send contact form contents to Google Analytics.
You can accept or reject analytics in the notice, or change your choice at any time using . We store your choice in this browser for up to 180 days. Withdrawing consent stops future collection on these pages and removes Google Analytics cookies accessible to this website; the page may reload to stop the active tag. It does not automatically delete information previously collected by Google. Clearing browser storage or using a different browser may require a new choice.
We also use Replit’s built-in publishing analytics when enabled to understand traffic trends. Hosting providers may process technical cookies, IP addresses, and logs to serve and secure the website independently of optional Google Analytics consent. These measurements are approximate, and provider privacy policies apply. The separate Kitty Munch Munch support and app privacy pages do not load this website’s Google Analytics tag.
Service providers and external links
Our website uses Replit for hosting and publishing analytics and Resend for contact email delivery. Google Fonts supplies our main site's fonts. These providers may process information outside your country under their own privacy practices. We also link to app stores, music platforms, and other websites; their privacy policies apply when you visit them.

Retention and security
Contact messages may remain in our email inbox and provider logs after your inquiry is answered. There is no automatic deletion schedule built into the website; provider retention settings also apply to logs and analytics. Contact us to ask about retention or request deletion. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or ongoing business matters. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
