Text To Win

Privacy Policy · Effective October 13, 2026

These pages describe Text To Win version 1.0.7 for iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Vision. Features may differ depending on the version installed on your device.

Overview

Who we are

Text To Win is published by WyatEarp Studios Inc. This policy explains what information the game and its service providers handle. Contact: kumawyat@shaw.ca.

What you type

The sentences you type during races are held in memory only while you play, to measure your speed (WPM) and accuracy. The app does not save or upload what you type. We do not run an account system, and you are never asked for your name, email, or contact details in the game.

Data stored on your device

Local game data

For each level, the game saves your best result on your device: WPM, accuracy, medal, and whether you completed it. It does not keep a full history of your races. The only other thing saved is your language choice (English or Spanish). Everything is saved only on your device. The app does not send your scores or typed text to us, iCloud, Google, or RevenueCat. If you delete the app or switch to a new device, your progress is lost. Your Remove Ads Forever purchase can always be restored with Restore Purchases.

Data collected (as declared on the App Store)

Data used to track you

The following may be used to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies, for advertising:

  • Identifiers
  • Usage data
Before your device’s advertising identifier can be used, the app shows Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, iOS does not make the advertising identifier available to the app or to AdMob.

Data linked to you

  • Usage data (such as gameplay and ad interactions) and advertising data: used for third-party advertising and analytics.
  • Purchase history: used for app functionality, so we can confirm your Remove Ads Forever purchase.

Data not linked to you

  • Device ID: used for third-party advertising and analytics.
  • Crash data: used for diagnostics and to keep the app working.

Advertising: Google AdMob

What AdMob may process

The free version of Text To Win shows ads from Google AdMob. AdMob may process advertising and device identifiers, ad interactions such as views and taps, and device and diagnostic information, depending on your region and device settings, including your App Tracking Transparency choice.

Learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

Your ad choices

Denying tracking never blocks gameplay or requires a purchase. You can change your choice any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. If you buy Remove Ads Forever, ads are no longer shown.

Analytics and diagnostics

How we use it

Text To Win does not use separate analytics or crash-reporting tools. The only third-party services in the app are Google AdMob (ads) and RevenueCat (purchase checks). The usage, advertising, and diagnostic data listed above are processed by AdMob when it serves and measures ads. We use this information to understand how the game is played and to fix problems.

Purchases: Apple and RevenueCat

Remove Ads Forever

Apple handles payment and billing for the one-time Remove Ads Forever purchase. We never receive your payment card details. See Apple’s Privacy Policy.

RevenueCat

RevenueCat checks and restores the Remove Ads Forever purchase. To do this it processes purchase and entitlement information: an app user ID and your purchase history from Apple. See RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy.

Restoring purchases

Your purchase stays with your Apple ID. Restore Purchases brings back Remove Ads Forever but not local level progress or stars.

Children

Age rating

Text To Win is rated 4+ for general audiences. It is not in the App Store Kids category and is not directed primarily at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information, such as names or contact details, from children under 13.

Requests and contact

Questions and data requests

Email kumawyat@shaw.ca with privacy questions or requests. Apple, Google, and RevenueCat keep data according to their own privacy policies.

Changes

We may update this policy when the app changes. The effective date above shows the latest version.
